He explained to me that most of his outdoor works are created plein air and are from the Pacific Northwest. I find these works timeless and exquisitely detailed.

"At its core, my work is about embodiment—what it feels like and what it means to be in a body" -Brandt. I find her work dynamic and full of movement, her subjects are portrayed as strong and vulnerable as if caught in mid-gesture or action.
